Weather has finally cleared. Through brace 29 today. Hopefully will finish the first series tomorrow! High dog in the Calcutta was Reo Pawnee. He sold for $750.00!!!

Rain started in Eureka around 11 AM yesterday (10-13-2008) . Rain has been off and on but fairly continuous. 10 braces finished yesterday with 3 dogs getting through clean. Because of the problems last year, they have decided NOT to have a Dog of the Day this year. Rain continued all last night and this morning it was decided NOT to shoot on the course. All dogs getting through clean will be called back for their retrieves. The Calcutta on Sunday night netted approximately $2,200.00. Sunday night, the Calcutta got through 24 braces. Ken Waide's Rock Solid was the high dog so far in the Calcutta netting $215.00.
